Sales Policy
When I receive an inquiry for a rabbit, I assume that you have read and agree to my sales policy.
I expect anyone who contacts me for a rabbit to be able to provide a safe, loving home. If you need any information on rabbit care, I would be happy to help you determine if a rabbit is the right pet for you. If you purchase a rabbit from me that later needs a new home, I am always willing to take them back to prevent any of my animals from ending up in a shelter or poor environment. Depending on the current situation, you may need to provide a cage to keep the rabbit in (I do not always have cages available for unexpected returns). Please let me know first if this happens! I will accept them back without any judgement or fuss.
It is up to you to look the rabbit over for health problems before purchase. If you're not sure what to look for, please ask and I will go over the rabbit with you. I guarantee that every rabbit is healthy when it leaves my rabbitry, but many factors can affect an animal after they leave that are completely out of my control. For this reason, after you take the animal home, I am no longer able to take responsibility for what may happen. If you have a problem or concern, please let me know as soon as possible so I can help to the best of my ability.
To reserve a bunny, I require a non-refundable deposit unless other arrangements are made. I don't accept deposits until babies are at least 6 weeks old to ensure availability, health and temperament. I reserve the right to cancel a sale at any time, for any reason. In the case that a deposit was received, you will receive your money back in full. If you decide to back out of the sale, however, you will not get your money back. I accept cash, money orders and e-mail money transfers.
I do not deliver or meet half-way. No refunds. Prices vary on the rabbit's quality and my judgement of that individual rabbit. Please keep in mind that this is not a business, it is my hobby. I spend much more on them than I will ever receive and all money from rabbit sales go directly back to help care for my rabbits. If you have any questions, please let me know.
